Salary: £45,000–£50,000 pro rata dependent on experience

Term: 9-month fixed-term contract

Location: Remote / Hybrid.

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off

The Role

You’ll partner with our clients on the stuff that really matters: 

  • Supporting leaders through growth, change and tricky people issues 

  • Turning employment law into clear, practical advice 

  • Helping managers lead with confidence (and empathy) 

  • Getting stuck into culture, performance and ways of working 

  • Spotting where things could be better, and helping fix them 

You’ll probably love this role if you: 

  • Have experience as an HR Business Partner  

  • Are calm, credible and confident with complex ER 

  • Balance warmth with clear boundaries 

  • Care about making HR simpler, fairer and more human 

  • Enjoy variety and working with different organisations
